Half time last night, RTE |
|
Anyone notice when RTE cut to the half time break in the Ireland-Cyprus fiasco last night, instead of the badges of Ireland and Cyprus FAs, the badges of Bohs and Drogheda appeared briefly?
Amused me slightly anyway. I'm sad like that.

i think they were the badges of the drogs and cork city who are playing live on rte2 on friday night, but i have to say Dunphy's performance in the studio was hilarious even by his usual standards.

No. Definitely Bohs.
Amused me hugely. Even sadder.

I had been drinking, but I was reasonably sure it was Bohs. Thanks folks.

Defo Bohs. Only for a split second, but Bohs. Reminded me that there was a real football team to support outside of the Cyprus fiasco.

Bohs/Drogheda when they went for the break.
And then the correct caption of Drogheda/Cork advertising the upcoming live match after the ads.
I thought something had been slipped in my drink but then the second half sobered me up.
